We started as an unorganized group that would get together for rides in the Chicago suburbs. People would come and go from our group, but we found that we had a core group that were there consistently making the rides happen.

One fateful day we were out on a ride and one of our regulars tried a new line hucking off of a large rock. That's when the words were uttered "Come on you Sallies, are you going to let him get away with that? He's getting way ahead of all of us all!" The Sally name stuck and word of "Team Sally" seemed to spread locally.

Today we have most of that same core group along with a number of newer recruits. Others still come and go. We are still an unorganized group that just rides for the fun of riding with our good friends. We do XC, FR and DH riding in our group. The common theme of our riding is having fun with our riding buds.

The web site started out just as a tool for us to help plan rides and share our photos. This is still the main focus if the web site, but I hope that it will also be a site that others will enjoy and come back to on occasion. Hope you enjoy it.
